Hello Lincoln Elementary Families,

I am thrilled to welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year! My name is Mr. Jason Rawls, and I am honored to serve as your Principal. Like many of you will one day, I am a proud graduate of the Harrisburg School District. Before stepping into this role, I spent 10 incredible years teaching here in Harrisburg, followed by another decade exploring new journeys in education—before returning home to the Black and Grey where my heart has always been.
